These Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ClearTrackCredit™ website, portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.). We do not promise or guarantee removal of accurate, timely, or verifiable information from your credit reports. You may attempt to repair your credit yourself without paying a fee. You may cancel at any time. Any first-work fees cover analysis, drafting, and initiation of dispute workflows.
The Services automate preparation and dispatch of dispute correspondence and provide a dashboard to track status. You authorize us and our service providers to generate and send dispute letters on your behalf based on the information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and lawful to use.
By using our Services, you expressly authorize us to collect, process, and store any and all data you provide or we collect through your use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to: personal information, credit data, account information, technical data, and hardware information from devices you use to access our Services. Hardware information may include device type, operating system, browser specifications, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, and network information. We collect this data to provide, secure, and improve our Services, prevent fraud, and personalize your experience.
Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. First-work fees are charged when the initial dispute workflow is initiated. Refunds and credits are described on our Pricing page and within your plan summary. You may cancel at any time from Billing; future renewals stop upon cancellation.
You agree not to misuse the Services, submit fraudulent documents, or infring third-party rights. You will keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You acknowledge that we collect technical and hardware data as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal information to deliver the Services, comply with law, and improve security and performance. Optional uses such as marketing or data sharing occur only with your separate, express consent and can be revoked at any time.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and logging. If you connect storage to a virtual private server (VPS) over a VPN or private tunnel, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate hardening, access control, and timely patching of that environment.
The Services, templates, and content are owned by ClearTrackCredit™ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Except for small-claims matters, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or class action. The Federal Arbitration Act and applicable arbitration rules govern this provision.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
